We want you to be completely satisfied with Content Ledger OS. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Content Ledger OS is a digital product — a Notion template delivered instantly upon purchase via Gumroad. We stand behind it. If the system doesn't make your content operation clearer and faster, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No forms, no hoops — just email us.

You can request a refund even after accessing the template. We'd rather you try it properly than be afraid to open it. If it's not right for you within 30 days, we'll refund every dollar.

2. What Is and Is Not Refundable

Eligible for a refund:

Any request made within 30 days of the original purchase date
Change of mind after purchase — within the 30-day window
Deciding the product isn't the right fit after accessing it — within the 30-day window
Technical failure that prevents delivery of the product (template link not received)
Product delivered is materially different from what was described on the sales page
Verified duplicate charge — contact us and we'll refund the duplicate immediately
Unauthorised purchase (fraud) — contact us and your payment provider immediately

Not eligible for refund:

Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date

3. How to Request a Refund

If Content Ledger OS isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of purchase:

You don't need to explain why — but if something specific went wrong, telling us helps us fix it
We respond to all requests within 48 hours and process approved refunds through Gumroad

4. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in your access to the product being suspended while the dispute is investigated.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated effective date. Your purchase is governed by the policy in effect at the time of your transaction.
